10am - 11am Monday & Wednesday
6:30pm - 7:30pm Monday, Wednesday & Thursday

From thereafter, simply sign in (using the button at the top of the page) and select the date and time you require and go through the booking/payment process.

Personal & small group training sessions are available on demand. For those who are seeking a more bespoke training session, our personal and small group sessions offer fantastic value for money. Prices are:
Personal (1-1) sessions - £30
Small Group (3-6 persons) - £15 per person
