BEDROCK training is designed to meet the needs of anyone seeking more than mere aesthetic benefits. Reflecting the Thrive Outdoor ethos, we believe that the mind and body are powerful allies and where the mind leads, the body will follow.

BEDROCK is about building a 'sustainable' mindset with regards to setting and reaching realistic goals, empowering you with the confidence and knowledge to progress and with our support - become the best possible version of you!

 

Aesthetics are a mere by-product of progressive training. The benefits are almost endless and include:

Our sessions are just £5 and run twice a day, Monday to Thursday

10am - 11am & 6:30pm - 7:30pm

 

Booking your session is easy!

 

To book your first session, you will be directed to our signup process including a brief medical questionnaire. From thereafter, simply login and select the date and time you require and go through the booking/payment process. 

Personal & Small Group Training

 

Personal & small group training sessions are available on demand. For those who are seeking a more bespoke training session, our personal and small group sessions offer fantastic value for money. Prices are:

Personal (1-1) sessions - £30

Small Group (3-6 persons) - £15 per person
