Our sessions are just £5 and run twice a day, Monday to Thursday
10am - 11am & 6:30pm - 7:30pm
Booking your session is easy!
To book your first session, you will be directed to our signup process including a brief medical questionnaire. From thereafter, simply login and select the date and time you require and go through the booking/payment process.
Personal & Small Group Training
Personal & small group training sessions are available on demand. For those who are seeking a more bespoke training session, our personal and small group sessions offer fantastic value for money. Prices are:
Personal (1-1) sessions - £30
Small Group (3-6 persons) - £15 per person
